Put Yourself in Your Presentation
When presenting on a Mac, adding a personal touch can enhance engagement. Here’s how:
- Open your Keynote presentation and click Media in the toolbar.
- Select Live Video from the menu to add it.
- Use the Format sidebar to adjust your video. Change the camera source or customize the background as needed.
- Drag the video to reposition it, or resize it by dragging the handles.
- Once the video is positioned, click Play to preview your presentation.

Digital Signature
A digital signature offers a unique way to ensure the authenticity of documents. It acts like a digital fingerprint, confirming the signer’s identity.
To create a digital signature on a Mac, one can use the built-in Preview app. Here’s how:
- Open the PDF document in Preview.
- Click on the Markup tool.
- Select Signature and then choose Manage Signatures.
- Create a new signature using the trackpad or camera.
Once created, the signature can be easily inserted into any document.

Crop and Straighten Your Photos
Mac users can easily crop and straighten photos using the built-in Preview app.
- Open the Photos app and double-click the photo you want.
- Click Edit in the toolbar, then select Crop.
- Use Auto for quick edits or drag the selection rectangle for manual cropping.
Need specific proportions? Choose an aspect ratio in the sidebar.
To straighten photos:
- Drag the sliders or adjust the angle directly.
- Once satisfied, click Done to save your changes.
